Price: (I forgot!) Under £2, purchased instore at Lidl.
Quick Review: Cheap and cheerful, this is an okay hand cream for some instant moisturising with SPF protection. However it's heavily fragranced, and has no long term effect.

Packaging: The packaging is convenient and hygienic, a squeezy tube with a secure clasp. For 125ml, the tube fits comfortably in your hand and doesn't take up too much space in your bag.
Effectiveness: Are there a lot of expectations for hand cream? I don't know, but I seem to find quite a few things that are lacking with this cream. The cream will quickly moisturise dry hands, but the product sinks into your skin and sort of stays there. It's a little like it moisturises by creating a barrier, and any moisturising effect of the cream fades when it's washed off.
In addition, you can kind of feel the cream even when it's absorbed, which gives a slight greasy feel to your hands when it's on.
Issues: The fragrance! It's heavily perfumed and I really hate it.
You don't get any healing or long term moisturisation from this product, and my hands get chapped and peel because my skin isn't being hydrated for the long term.
Lastly, if you pile it on, the cream starts pilling since they just stay on your skin after absorption.
Other notes: I did like that there's sunscreen in it, but it's only SPF 10.
Verdict: Would not repurchase as my hands need something that works to provide a hydrating effect that lasts beyond the next handwash. The lingering heavy smell is also a dealbreaker for me.
